NB 9060's Terms & Conditions — Know It, Understand It, Stay Safe

NB 9060 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated exclusively for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between NB 9060 and its users ("you", "member").

Important conditions regarding deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions may be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the NB 9060 platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets or manage your account.
• Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
